Special Board Meeting
May 14, 2015 7:00 P.M.

Call to Order: Mark Bergkamp called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and prayer.
Members present: Mark Bergkamp, Richie Dewell, Erica Littlewood, Steve Lundeen, Duke Marrs, Tim Milford, and Marjean Strong.
Others present: Tom Dolenz, Superintendent/Grade School Principal; Mark Cook, Jr/Sr High Principal; Brenda Wenta, Clerk.
Visitors: Kimberly Copenhaver, Sarah Weber, Debbie Wise, Cody Keith, Annette Keith, Signe Cook, Corri McDowell, Dennis McDowell, Steve Clark, Kelly Clark, Courtney Wilson, Jeanne Wilson, Tom Huelskamp.
Executive Session: Motion by Bergkamp, seconded by Strong to enter into executive session to discuss personnel matters of nonelected personnel in order to protect the privacy interests of the individual(s) to be discussed and that the board return to open session in the board room at 7:23 p.m. Motion carried 6-0. Board Members, Mr. Dolenz, Mr. Cook were present. Time: 7:03.
Erica Littlewood arrived at 7:05 pm.
Executive Session: Motion by Bergkamp, seconded by Strong to enter into executive session to discuss personnel matters of nonelected personnel in order to protect the privacy interests of the individual(s) to be discussed and that the board return to open session in the board room at 7:43 p.m. Motion carried 7-0. Board Members, Mr. Dolenz, Mr. Cook were present. Time: 7:23.
Executive Session: Motion by Bergkamp, seconded by Strong to enter into executive session to discuss personnel matters of nonelected personnel in order to protect the privacy interests of the individual(s) to be discussed and that the board return to open session in the board room at 7:53 p.m. Motion carried 7-0. Board Members, Mr. Dolenz, Mr. Cook were present. Time: 7:43.
Personnel:
Bergkamp moved, Strong seconded to offer a contract to Corri McDowell for half time assistant elementary principal with salary to be determined. Motion carried 7-0.
Bergkamp moved, Dewell seconded to advertise the vacant elementary positions until filled. Motion carried 7-0.
Bergkamp moved, Littlewood seconded to adopt the Resolution to nonrenew the teacher contract of Adam Sobba. Motion carried 6-1 (Milford)
Bergkamp moved, Littlewood seconded to accept the resignation of Signe Cook, 3rd grade teacher. Motion carried 7-0.
Adjournment: Steve Lundeen moved, Erica Littlewood seconded to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 7-0.
