Fowler USD 225 has an opening for 6-12 Math Teacher. Fowler Jr.-Sr. High is in year 3 of the redesign process. We currently utilize the Summit platform for curriculum. Along with proper licensure, applicants must have a love for students and learning. In addition, we are looking for individuals that have a growth mindset and willing to think creatively to meet student needs. Fowler, USD 225 is a 1A, Division II school located 30 miles southwest of Dodge City with an annual enrollment of approximately 150 students.  We have great facilities and a lot of opportunities for our students. We have a four day school week with a strong academic focus. We also have multiple athletic programs to choose from. We have implemented a variety of educational avenues to ensure success for our students. We truly believe in the individual learner and strive to meet the needs of that individual through various components of onsite classes, outreach experiences and blended learning. We are 1:1 with iPads in the elementary and chromebooks in the secondary.

We are a Gemini District, which means we are involved in a project to rethink how education is delivered in the 21st century. We use a variety of opportunities to expose our students to the world around them and incorporate real world skills into their daily learning. We have a blended approach to education that incorporates traditional instruction with project based learning along with technology based formats. We are looking for innovative and creative teachers that want to be a part of an energetic learning environment.
