Immunization Clinic Information

For the parents who need a later time The Meade County Health Department is offering a walk-in immunization clinic on August 11 from 4:00 to 6:30. We encourage parents to call for an appointment anytime starting now to prepare for school. Meade County Health Department also offers school entry physicals for those who are entering preschool and kindergarten or are new to the district up to age 9. For sports physicals they would need to go to their primary care physician.
