January 17 & 18, 2022 - COVID NOTICE
Due to notification of positive cases and quarantine, USD 225 is canceling school Monday, January 17th & Tuesday, January 18th.
School will resume for all students PK-12 on Wednesday, January 19th.
Students and staff will be asked to wear masks upon their return to school for the duration of Wednesday, January 19th and Thursday, January 20th.
Any students or adults with a fever over 100 degrees or showing other Covid symptoms should refrain from coming to school.
In addition, all 4th & 5th grade students will need to have a negative Covid test in order to return to school on Wednesday, January 19th. Testing will be conducted on Wednesday beginning at 7:45 a.m. in the grade school building on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students should wear a mask and enter the doors near the greenhouse.
4th & 5th graders who do not test on Wednesday may not return to school until Monday, January 24.
Secondary students are encouraged to attend their Ski-Can class from home during this time.
College classes begin on Tuesday, January 18th. Transportation will not be provided. Students enrolled in online college classes should attend from home.
Deep cleaning and sanitization will occur while the students are out of the building.
