Call to Order:Duke Marrs called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Members present:Mark Bergkamp, Steve Lundeen, Duke Marrs, Tim Milford (by telephone 7:25 to 7:45), Marjean Strong, and Stephanie Wells.

Interview candidates for vacant board of education seat.

Adjournment:Steve Lundeen moved, Mark Bergkamp seconded to adjourn the meeting.Motion carried 5-0.
