Members Present: TJ Milford, Cathy Heinz, Dana Bartzko, Fred Boyd, Jessica Ackerman, and Jeff Zortman.

Also present were Jamie Wetig, Superintendent (via Zoom) and Corri McDowell, Principal

Meeting called to order by Milford at 7:00 p.m.

1. ACTION ITEMS
   1. Appoint Clerk

Milford moved, seconded by Boyd to appoint McDowell as the clerk for this meeting. Motion carried 6-0.

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION (Personnel Matters)

Motion: Mr. President, I move we go into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters of non-elected personnel in order to protect the privacy interest of the individual(s) to be discussed, pursuant to non-elected personnel exception under Kansas Open Meetings Act. –

Milford moved, seconded by Heinz to go into executive session for 20 minutes. Motion carried 6-0.0 (No time recorded)

Milford moved, seconded by Heinz to go back into executive session for 15 minutes. Motion carried 6-0. (No time recorded)

Milford moved, seconded by Boyd to go back into executive session for 10 minutes. Motion carried 6-0. (No time recorded)

Heinz moved, seconded by Milford to go back into executive session for 5 minutes. Motion carried 6-0. (No time recorded)

Milford moved, seconded by Boyd to appoint Steve Wiseman as Superintendent on Record beginning December 1, 2023. Motion carried 6-0.0

Milford moved, seconded by Bartezko, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 6-0. 7:59 p.m.
