March 6, 2021
Grade School
9:00 AM to noon with a working lunch
PRELIMINARY 1. Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 9:04, all members present. Superintendent Nicholson and Corri McDowell as guests. Tom moved and Cathy seconded the motion. Motion carried 7-0.
Meeting opened with TJ making motion to accept Corri McDowell as the designated clerk. Jared moved and Tom seconded the motion. Motion carried 7-0.

B. Vision
C. Mission
Board members reached a decision on board goals, mission and vision after discussion, review, and planning. Mrs. Nicholson will bring the board goals, vision, and mission to the board meeting on Monday, March 8th for final approval.
D. Short- and long-range planning – Beginning discussions were started on short and long range plans for facilities and maintenance. To aid in this discussion the cash summary was provided. TJ moved to accept cash summary as submitted, Kim moved and motion was seconded by Tom, Motion carried 7-0.
Items for short term goals were listed for review. More discussion will take place on long range goals within the next few meetings. Fiscal needs of the district were discussed. Boilers in both buildings were discussed. Mrs. Nicholson shared bids are being requested and will be provided once they are received. Overall maintenance of facilities discussed.

5. Adjourn - Motion was made by TJ to adjourn at 12:00 pm. Seconded by Tom. Motion carried 7-0
