Special Board Meeting

June 30, 2014  6:00 P.M.

Board room, Grade School Library

Call to Order:  Tim Milford called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

Members present:  Erica Littlewood, Tim Milford, Marjean Strong and Stephanie Wells.

Others present:  Mr. Tom Dolenz, Superintendent elect; Mark Cook, Jr/Sr High Principal; Brenda Wenta, Clerk.

Visitor:  Signe Cook

Kansas Reading Road Maps:  Signe Cook presented the Kansas Reading Road Maps grant.  Marjean Strong moved, Stephanie Wells seconded to accept/approve the grant.  Motion carried 4-0.

Contingency Reserve expenses:  Stephanie Wells moved, Erica Littlewood seconded to approve the following to be paid out of contingency reserve fund:

            Harris School Solutions:

              Fund Accounting 2                                        2,360.21    

              Activities Accounting                                       625.40

              Go.edustar, student information system          7,734.87

              EZ school messaging                                      498.72

Motion carried 4-0.

Adjournment:  Stephanie Wells moved, Erica Littlewood seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Motion carried 4-0.
