USD #225 Board of Education Special Meeting
June 27, 2022, 6:30 P.M.
Call to order: T.J. Milford, Board President, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was recited and Milford led a prayer.
Members present: TJ Milford, Cathy Heinz, Fred Boyd, Kim Copenhaver & Jeff Zortman were present. Others present were Erica Littlewood, Board Clerk.
Dana Bartezko was not present.
Recognition of Visitors/Communication: Kim McLachlan and Debbie Wise
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Milford moved, seconded by Boyd to go into executive session for 20 minutes to discuss non-elected personnel under KOMA, board only. This session is required to protect the privacy interests of the individual(s) to be discussed. Motion carried 5-0. 6:35 p.m.
Milford moved, seconded by Heinz to go back into executive session for 20 minutes. Motion carried 5-0. 6:56 p.m.
Milford moved, seconded by Boyd to go back into executive session for 15 minutes. Motion carried 5-0. 7:17 p.m.
Copenhaver moved, seconded by Zortman to go back into executive session for 10 minutes. Motion carried 5-0. 7:33 p.m.
Adjournment – Copenhaver moved, seconded by Heinz to adjourn meeting. Motion carried 5-0 7:54 p.m.
