Special Board Of Education Meeting

Grade School Library

Wednesday, July 15, 2015      7:00 p.m.

Call to order:  Courtney Wilson, president, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present:   Mark, Bergkamp, Steve Lundeen, Courtney Wilson and Barbara Whitney were present.  Richie Dewell, Erica Littlewood and Tim Milford were absent.  Others present were Tom Dolenz, Superintendent/Principal and Brenda Wenta, Clerk.

Salaries:  Lundeen moved, Bergkamp to increase the classified staff hourly rate by $.50.  Motion carried 4-0.

Final Action:  Bergkamp moved, Whitney seconded to decline final action in regard to the termination of Clovis Matthew Bell due to acceptance of resignation.  Motion carried 4-0.

Principal contract:  Whitney moved, seconded by Bergkamp to rescind the contract offer since both parties did not agree.  Motion carried 4-0.

Adjournment:  Lundeen moved, Bergkamp seconded to adjourn the meeting.
